Terms of Use

1. What this is. A free browser-based photo editor with optional AI edits. By using it you accept these terms.

2. Your photos, your rights. You may only upload photos you own or have permission to edit, and you may not use the tool to create unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or harassing material — including non-consensual imagery of real people. We block and rate-limit abuse where technically possible.

3. AI results. AI edits are generated output: they may contain imperfections and must not be relied on as evidence of what a photo originally showed. Restored photos remain approximations, not guarantees.

4. Free tier and credits. Local adjustments are free and unlimited. AI edits include 3 free per day (per person, resets midnight UTC). Credits are one-time purchases delivered to your browser token, never expire, are non-transferable, and are consumed 1 per successful AI edit. Failed edits are not charged.

5. Payments. Purchases are processed by PayPal. Refund requests within 14 days for unused credits: contact support with your transaction ID.

6. No warranty. The service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee availability of the AI engine and may change limits to keep the service sustainable.

7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
